The Penfield Sporting Association (PSA), our governing body, has signed off on the 25 year x 10 year x 10 year extension lease arrangement with the Land Management Corporation (LMC). For the golf club this means we can forge ahead with plans to develop the course safe in the knowledge that any investment we make will be in use for at the very least the next 25 years and possibly a further 20 years after that. The development plan can be viewed in these pages at ‘the course’. Work is well underway on several new tees which will come in to play over the next few weeks and the driving range will be in play in early January. Keep your eye on these pages for updates.
